Shipping & Delivery:
How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
Your order should be dispatched within 1 business day of our receipt of it. Business days don’t include weekends, public holidays or Christmas (when dispatch times unfortunately get pushed out)
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, please enter your PO Box address in the delivery address field
What delivery service does 96° use?
We use Australia Post
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Australia Post advises that same state deliveries normally take 2-4 business days, interstate deliveries take longer, 3-6 business days
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery within Australia is $ 10 for orders under $ 50, and free for all orders above $ 50
Is GST included in Australian orders?
GST is not applicable on orders for tea
Do you have the Click & Collect orders?
We’re sorry but we don’t offer this service
Returns & Refunds:
What is the return policy?
Please contact customer.service@curated-group.com. We will refund your payment to us for any purchases you’re unhappy with, within 30 days of our receipt back of the teas
How do I return or exchange an item purchased online?
If you would like to return or exchange a purchase made through our Shop, please contact customer.service@curated-group.com. Please have your order number handy
How long will my refund take?
Refunds will be paid directly to the card on which payment was made, and can take up to 30 days, though it is normally 5-7 business days after we’ve received the teas

What payment types does 96° accept online?
We accept all major credit card payments, as well as Shop Pay
How do I use a promotional code?
Please enter your code in your shopping bag, and click 'apply' under the order total. Only one code can be used per order, and it cannot be combined with other offers.

What is the 96° Club?
The 96° Club is about discovering new teas! Members receive teas to try in return for providing their feedback via online surveys. Interested… sign up and share your tea preferences! You can opt out anytime
What does 96° stand for?
96°C is considered the ideal water temperature to make the perfect cup of Assam tea. It has become our shorthand for our obsessive pursuit to bring you the perfect cup of tea
Do you sell decaffeinated tea?
Not currently, however we do have a range of herbal teas that don’t contain caffeine
Are the teas suitable for vegans or vegetarians?
Our teas are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians
Teabag & Packaging:
How should I store my tea?
Store your sealed tea envelopes in the box they came in or in any other container you may have
Is 96° packaging environmentally friendly?
All our packaging is either recyclable or compostable. Our teabags, threads, and tags are made from plant-based materials and are industrially compostable, and our tea envelopes and boxes are recyclable
Why are 96° teabags wrapped in individual sachets?
Each tea bag is wrapped in a recyclable envelope to ensure the leaves stay as fresh as the day they were picked. This keeps the flavour intact, so every cup of tea delivers the same joy and freshness every time
Ethical Sourcing:
How do you maintain ethical sourcing when it comes to wages and living conditions for tea farms and factory workers alike?
Where appropriate, our teas are purchased from estates that have been certified by third party agencies for their fair wages and safe working conditions. Our teas from the EU and Japan are not certified

Do you have any retail stores?
No. Our teas are currently available in Coles, on this website and on Amazon
What do I do if an item I want to order is out of stock?
If an item isn’t available, please sign-up for our restock notification or email us on customer.service@curated-group.com
The size or format of tea I want isn’tavailable for purchase. What should I do?
We’re still working through our pack formats, tweaking to perfect our range. If you have any suggestions, please email us and let us know your thoughts. Perhaps in the future…
